Step 2: Contact Your Inverter Manufacturer
If the issue isn’t resolved after following the guide, the next step is to reach out to your inverter’s manufacturer. Their support teams can often diagnose and fix Wi-Fi and communication issues remotely.
Step 3: Book an On-Site Visit
If the manufacturer can’t fix the problem, we can arrange a technician to visit your property. Please note, there is a call out fee for each site visit. If we find a system or hardware fault, the fee will be refunded. If the issue is caused by external factors (such as home Wi-Fi, routers, or settings), the callout fee will remain payable.
